Payroll Timesheets and Employee Portal
Payroll Services is responsible for processing payment for all employees of the District. We approach payroll as a collaborative process whereby the employee and the payroll staff are integral partners in making sure every paycheck is processed in a timely and accurate manner. We encourage all employees to become familiar with their payroll by reviewing each pay stub and asking questions. Payroll Services is here to provide any help you may need to better understand the payroll process.
The Employee Portal, is a secure website which is linked to our Human Resource/Payroll system. You will now have access to look at your personal information and verify that the information we have on file is correct. You will also have access to print recent paychecks, W2’s, and 1095 (Affordable Care Act) Forms. You also have the ability to make changes to your personal information and tax withholding.
Note: the email must be your ogusd.org email address.
When logging into the portal, please ensure you are using your full legal name as it will appear on your payroll check.

Frontline Login information will be sent via email upon completion of employment paperwork. You may access Frontline by going to https://login.frontlineeducation.com
Supplemental Time Sheets are due no later than the last business day of each month and are to be completed online through your employee login in Frontline.
