Mighty Oaks/Cougar Clubhouse Registration 2024 -2025

We are trying an all new electronic sign up for Mighty Oaks/ Cougar Clubhouse for the 24-25 school year. You will go to the link below at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 2nd. After you complete that registration, you will receive an email from “jotform” letting you know it has been submitted and a pdf with your responses. If you do not receive this, we did not get your submission. This does not guarantee enrollment, as we do fill up quickly.

Once we have received your jotform enrollment and your spot has been secured, we will then bill your smartcare account (for new families, we will create one for you) the $100 registration fee and you will have up to 5 business days to pay. You can pay online, via smartcare or by check, made payable to OGBAAS. Once we receive payment your child will be enrolled.  For those on the waitlist you will only be billed once your child is enrolled for any of the days you requested.

Registro de la casa club de Mighty Oaks/Cougar 2024-2025

Estamos probando un registro electrónico completamente nuevo en Mighty Oaks/Cougar Clubhouse para el año escolar 24-25. Accederá al siguiente enlace a las 6:30 p. m. el martes 2 de abril. Después de completar ese registro, recibirá un correo electrónico de "jotform" informándole que se ha enviado y un pdf con sus respuestas. Si no recibe esto, no recibimos su envío. Esto no garantiza la inscripción, ya que nos llenamos rápidamente.

Una vez que hayamos recibido su inscripción en jotform y su lugar haya sido asegurado, facturaremos a su cuenta smartcare (para familias nuevas, crearemos una para usted) la tarifa de inscripción de $100 y tendrá hasta 5 días hábiles para pagar. Puede pagar en línea, a través de smartcare o mediante cheque a nombre de OGBAAS. Una vez que recibamos el pago, su hijo será inscrito. Para aquellos en la lista de espera, solo se les facturará una vez que su hijo esté inscrito para cualquiera de los días que solicitó.

Si necesita asistencia financiera, complete el siguiente formulario de solicitud de almuerzo 2023-2024 y carta.pdf y envíelo por correo electrónico a mkhaleck@ogusd.org para ver si puede ser elegible para recibir asistencia financiera.
