BAAS enrollment for Fall 2026 will begin on Wednesday, April 15, 2026

Mighty Oaks/Cougar Clubhouse Registration 2026 -2027

You will go to the links below at the designated time (5:45 PM, 6:00 PM, 6:15 PM) on
Wednesday, April 15th. After you complete that registration, you will receive an email
from “jotform” letting you know it has been submitted and a pdf with your responses. If
you do not receive this, we did not get your submission. This does not guarantee
enrollment, as we do fill up quickly.

Please note if you are registering more than one child you need to do a separate
registration for each one. (each one may take about 10 minutes)

Mighty Oaks 26 -27 - 1st -5th - 6:00 pm

Cougar Clubhouse 26 -27 - 6:15 pm

We are not asking for your $125 registration/materials fee until August. You must pay
this prior to your child attending our program. You can pay online, via smartcare or by
check, made payable to OGBAAS. Once we receive payment your child will be enrolled.
For those on the waitlist you will only be billed once your child is enrolled for any of the
days you requested.

Inscripción en Mighty Oaks/Cougar Clubhouse 2026-2027

Accederá a los enlaces de abajo a la hora designada (5:45 p. m., 6:00 p. m., 6:15 p. m.)
el miércoles 15 de Abril.Tras completar la inscripción, recibirá un correo electrónico de
"jotform" informándose del envío y un PDF con sus respuestas. Si no lo recibe, significa
que no recibimos su solicitud. Esto no garantiza la inscripción, ya que las plazas se
llenan rápidamente.

Tenga en cuenta que si inscribe a más de un niño, deberá realizar una inscripción por
separado para cada uno. (cada uno puede tomar unos 10 minutos)

Los enlaces que figuran a continuación estarán activos el 15 de abril de 2026, en los
siguientes horarios.

No le solicitaremos el pago de $125 por la inscripción y los materiales hasta agosto.
Debe pagarlo antes de que su hijo/a asista a nuestro programa. Puede pagar en línea,
a través de SmartCare o con cheque a nombre de OGBAAS. Una vez recibido el pago,
su hijo/a quedará inscrito/a. Si está en la lista de espera, solo se le facturará una vez
que su hijo/a esté inscrito/a para cualquiera de los días que solicitó.
